SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship in the order in which orders are received.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to be shipped (except stated otherwise)
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States
Please note we are not accepting any returns at this time due to the coronavirus pandemic.
As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of shipping out items again due to
- Incorrect address
- Insufficient address
- Being marked undeliverable by the selected shipping company.
To rectify this, we will need to invoice you the cost of shipping the item out again. We therefore urge you to please make sure that the shipping address on your order is correct. If you notice an incorrect address after placing an order, please get in touch within 24 hours by sending an email to email@example.com.
Please note that we cannot process returns on gift cards.
